MAGIC in the MESS

Here's the truth: I'm just winging it. Like every darn day.

Holding tightly to Brene Brown's words that there is "MAGIC in the MESS". My life often feels out of control, messy, doesn't fit into a box with a nice bow on top. As much as I plan and schedule, my life (and little darlings) don't always happen according to that plan.

So, I'm releasing control. Trusting in faith. Embracing that my stage of life and business right now is messy and ever-changing. And, magical.

Roots & Branches

Grow your roots deep, grow then wide and shallow, grow them no matter what the soil conditions are.  Grow them until you find water, grow them so that your branches can spread.  So that your branches can be home to birds, home to kids and offer a respite to someone in need of shade.  

Go into the world today, into your office cubical, into your job caring for others with the usual pictures that your branches are helping someone else and your roots need to stay grounded.
