We were stressed out, overweight parents eating two bowls of cereal for
breakfast and then goldfish crackers for snack at 9am.We were living paycheck to paycheck and knew that we needed to make a
change physically and financially.
HERE entered Beachbody. Jackie started with TurboFire and shakeology, and {reluctantly} a few months later, John started with Power 90/T25 and Shakeology. We GAINED back our lives as we LOST a combined total of 45+lbs.
We realized how many people were in our same situation. Struggling to make ends meet financially. Living pay check to pay check. Arguing and stressing over money. Eating Lucky Charms for breakfast and diving into the candy cabinet during the parenting witching hours.
There had to be another way to live FULLY ALIVE.
The RockSolid Life was founded by Jackie & John Glass as an expression of Jeremiah 17:7-8.
