30 Minutes and Done!

30 Minute at-home workout this morning. 

Gives me just enough time to (1) change a diaper (2) break up an argument between the girls (3)start a load of laundry (4) feel good as a mom. 

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to get done. Consistency + having a plan👏🏻
