Caution🚫: Proceed slowly for greatest success🌱

If you are like me, your brain gets so overwhelmed thinking about lots of change, especially when it comes to eating. 

So, go slowly. A healthy lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint. 🐢

Here are a couple examples of how I've gradually changed the way I eat & drink (gradually, as in over the course of the last 3 years!)

🌱Chocolate trail mix▶️chocolate covered almonds ▶️ Salted almonds

☕️Vanilla latte▶️Coffee with vanilla syrup & milk▶️ Coffee with coconut milk & stevia

🍼Cereal with milk▶️Steel cut oats▶️Shakeology

The first cut is the deepest (thanks, Sheryl Crow!) No need to rush or be drastic. One step at a time for greatest success😘
