Eat that Frog

We all have frogs in our life.  We stare at them, wondering if we can avoid them instead of eating them like Mark Twain recommended.  Starting each day with doing the worst possible task makes the entirely of the rest of the day a highlight!  

In what area do you need to stop procrastinating as Brian Tracy recommends in his book "Eat that Frog" that comes highly recommend.  Some of the stress we feel each day is due to the fact that we are just playing the avoiding game instead of acting.  Yes it is hard to act, yes it leads to potential failure, but once you grab your frog and act instead of sitting back you feel better.  You feel more confident and you feel like you can tackle the world because honestly not many people are eating their frogs each morning.  

You will be one of the few who instead of staring at the frog will transform their life with action and determination.
