Once upon a time...
Once upon a time, I was an overweight gym rat, working out 4-5 times per week at the gym, who was clueless about my nutrition. I'd eat goldfish and mints for breakfast on my way to preschool drop off (OR I already had eaten 2 bowls of cereal before preschool drop off). Anxiety was high. Self-doubt was through the roof. Of course I wasn't sleeping with having kids. I was working as a licensed clinical professional therapist. I was uber frustrated with not seeing results with my body.
Can you relate? Ever work so hard to lose those last 15-30lbs but don't know how? Ever want to give up and blame genetics & your sweet tooth. Me too.🖐🏻
What drives me every day to connect with other women is to let them know that there is a way to feel amazing in your own skin! You are not crazy. You just need the right tools & support.
